This policy is established and becomes effective immediately on December 10, 2012. Planning Office Crew Inc. (herein “POC”) takes seriously the secure storage of Personal Information (information which can identify a specific individual) of its customers and the usage of such information in accordance with the will of its customers as part of its corporate policy. Based on the aforementioned recognition, POC has established the following policies in regard to handling of Personal Information and will continuously make its efforts in handling it properly.
当社は、個人情報をご本人から文書等により直接取得する場合には、それらの文書等にあらかじめ利用目的を明示致します。それ以外の場合は、取得の都度、その利用目的をご本人に通知するか、または公表致します。
When POC obtains Personal Information in a written form directly from its customers, POC will clearly indicate the purpose(s) of obtainment of such information in the form in advance. In case of a written form not applicable, POC will notify of its customers or make available to the public the purpose(s) of obtaining Personal Information upon each obtainment of such information.
当社は、法令により認められた場合を除き、ご本人の同意を得ることなく第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
Without the consent of the individual, POC will not provide Personal Information to any third party, except for cases required or permitted under the related laws or regulations.
当社は個人情報を取り扱う際に、個人情報の保護に関する法律をはじめ個人情報保護に関する諸法令、および主務大臣のガイドラインに定められた義務、ならびに本ポリシーを尊守致します。
POC will comply with the applicable laws and regulations including “Act on the Protection of Personal Information,” obligations under the applicable ministerial guidelines and this Privacy Policy in handling of Personal Information.
当社は、お預かりした個人情報を適切に取り扱うために、本ポリシーの見直しを含めた社内体制の継続的強化・改善に努めます。
POC will continuously make its efforts in the improvement and enhancement of its internal compliance systems including the revision(s) of this Privacy Policy to handle Personal Information properly.
